Welcome to the conference: Dr. Brandon Peters


Lecture on Saturday, October 13: "Useful CBT-I Practices for Technologists in the Lab"

Brandon Peters MD (Virginia Mason Medical Center, with clinical affiliation at Stanford University) is board certified in both neurology and sleep medicine. 

He worked in clinical sleep medicine and was trained as a polysomnographic technician prior to starting medical school. 

Peters has published a number of research studies including areas such as university student sleep habits, parasomnias, sleep ethics, and circadian rhythms disorders in the blind population. 

Peters' extensive sleep-related journalism includes more than 1000 articles on Verywell.com and contributions to book chapters and other publications. Most recently, Peters published Insomnia Solved: A Self-Directed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) Program. 

He lectures internationally and discusses sleep health frequently on radio programs and works as a business consultant for related industries.
