8.05.2018

The Washington State Sleep Society invites sleep technology equipment and service vendors to exhibit at the Washington State Sleep Conference, a two-day conference for members of the Sleep Medicine community providing a critical analysis of, and learning opportunity in, the evolving field of sleep medicine.

This conference attracts Sleep Technologists and Respiratory Therapists as well as providers involved in the delivery of sleep medicine care. We expect around 175 attendees this year.

Exhibit space for table-top size displays (or Pop-ups) is located where the meals and breaks are offered (in the large open Atrium).

The exhibit space is uniquely intimate, which suggests greater one-on-one time with conference attendees, but which also makes this space limited in availability.

The conference offers these opportunities on a first-come, first-space basis.

There are three levels of Exhibitor Support, and two sponsorships available.

The exhibitor support fee (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) includes your exhibit space, meals (lunch and breaks) for two days, and attendance if desired at all lectures.

Sponsorships (Platinum Elite, Premier Platinum Elite) greatly help to make this conference possible and future conferences sustainable. After all, it's the only one of its kinds in the state of Washington and only one of a limited few in the greater Pacific Northwest.

Please check for rates below, or visit the Ganèsco vendors registration page for more information.

New for 2018: Single day registrations for the Washington State Sleep Conference

In previous conference feedback, the board at the WSSS learned that, sometimes, sleep techs wish to attend conference events but are unable to attend both days… so they don't attend at all.

We hope to remedy this problem this year by offering a single-day option for attendance.

Introducing one-day registrations!

At this year's Washington State Sleep Conference, attendees now have the option of attending a single day of events.

CECs for a single day's attendance include 5 credits for the day's attendance as well as a potential of 4 more credits earned via online webinars.

Single day registration = $112.50

You are encouraged to sign up now if this is ultimately your plan this fall. If you decide in the days prior to the conference that you would like to attend both days, you may simply add the second day's registration at that time.

(Sorry, single day registrations do not reflect early bird rates.)

The WSSS hopes this helps open up learning opportunities for sleep techs all across the Pacific Northwest.

What to do next:

See you there!
